Just a food junkie here. Got lots of experience with food. Been eating it all my life. :D No, let me change that. Been *enjoying* it all my life. There, that's better. :) Read some of the threads already. Looks like a great place to be for a hungry guy like me!

Just a hearty Hoody

Folks,
Am posting for the first time looking to gather info and maybe land a
commercial kitchen to share??? Am ready to launch my pet treat business
just need a commercial kitchen to share. I don't use meat in my recipes, only chicken, veg or beef broth, no preservatives and no sugars, just
local honey, whole grains, and other healthy stuff.
So, if anyone needs some ideas or input on owning a restaurant, I have been there done that already...sold the T-Shirt!
Now, I just want to bake my biscuits and develop me pup cake recipes
for our friendly pups.
Thanks,
Sue PuPBkr

Hello Sue and welcome to Chef TAlk. I would recommend you go to the Professional Catering forum here at Chef Talk and post your query there. There's a greater chance of someone seeing it there who can help you.

Good luck!

Thanks guys! Mezz, my friends say just give me a kitchen and I can create a great meal...out of virtually nothing! Well, almost nothing. Point is, I just always had that knack. I just get a taste for something and the rest is history. :)

Anyway, look, got a question unrelated to cooking, but I'm kinda stuck, and I'm thinking maybe some of you might be able to help. I'm looking for a good outsource for ready-made lupini beans for a contract-manufacturer who needs them at wholesale for a client's recipe he's manufacturing. From what can I see, that wouldn't be an appropriate question in any of these forums. However, any of you have any suggestions, or know of a forum where I might ask such a question? I know, I know, y'all would rather like to hear of my killer roasted-garlic marinara sauce, and, I'm sorry if I'm making y'all lose your appetites talking about manufacturing, but, again, I'm stuck. :D But no biggie if you don't know; I'll find a forum, eventually. Thanks.

Eddie, try posting your query in the Professional Chef's forum. Someone may have a lead for you.

Good luck!
