I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the Greenbriar or the culinary internship they offer. Any info would be helpful.

If your talking about a intership to for culinary school i know theres problems because its a union property, atleast thats what they always said at my school about the greenbriar.

Not really a culinary school intership. I just heard that they offer a culinary program themselves.
