Raw beans w/salad suggestions

I purchased a big bag of raw beans and stuff today at the farmers market: peanuts, mung, garbanzo, black eye, green peas, etc. I want to use them in a salad, so I'm looking for ideas.

Right now I'm considering adding them to a shredded red & green cabbage mix with a miso dressing and some smoke tofu and julienne carrots. I'm not sure if the raw mix complements this type of salad or not. The other option was to use baby spinach. Please share your thoughts.

Okay, the cabbage thing doesn't sound like a good idea. I'm going to do a spinach, feta, beans, etc....Greek Salad it.

Are all of these safe to eat raw? I thought some beans are hard on the digestion if eaten raw, or even downright poisonous (e.g. red kidney beans).

Beans, heirloom tomato, caramelized shallot, baby greens, seared panko crusted goat cheese and dijon vinaigrette. Serve with indian fry bread or similar crispy flatbread.

Uncooked red kidney beans are poisonous (canned are heat-treated and therefore safe). Soybeans as well, if I remember right.
