Hello, I'm a passionate home cook who used to work in restaruants for nearly 15 years--as a server. Now I can only imagine how many of you feel about the servers where you work, but I was different, I was a "chef's server," one who understood what was going on behind the line. What I took away from my many years in the business was a love for food and cooking.
