Welcome, Tchef! We have a strong contingent of Scots here, so you should feel quite at home. In fact, we have members from all over the world- from Alaska to Antarctica,

thanks for the welcome, I'am a very lucky Chef and have the worlds palat on my door step, I feel privilaged and very humble that Customers travel far & wide and appreciate "The Craft"............Cheers:chef:

Hi tchef,
You'll like the Forum - Always interesting and a great way to unwind at the end of a shift.
If you need help with recipes or problems at work etc. Theres always plenty of helpful advice.
I stay in Dundee, Originally Aberdeen and dragged up in Yorkshire. Where are you from?
