Try looking on CommercialKitchenForRent.com. You can browse for kitchens for rent by state or search by zip code radius.

Catering Kitchen in Phoenix

There is a restaurant that is only open for certain hours on certain days in the South Phoenix area. Try checking with them. My friend uses them when she has big events. They charged her $37.50 per hour but you can negotiate that with them depending on how often you want to use it. It is called Ross' Cooked and Hooked on Broadway. He is pretty nice, his wife is a bit picky, just reassure them you are not flaky. Ask for Mr. Ross. The other place I saw it on Craigslist and it was in a Glendale business park for $1,000.00 per month. Check craigslist.

Future Commercial Kitchen Renatal

All, I have a reception hall in Charlotte, NC and currently considering on adding a commercial kitchen for rental.

  • What sort of items do you need when considering kitchen rentals?
  • Also is there anyone in this forum that is interested in Kitchen rental?
I have a partner who is hesitant of the idea, and if I can generate some possible leads, he will be come along 100%. Also if you have serious interest, we will make sure to include all your needs.
