Just introducing myself for the 1st time here. :bounce:Have been viewing threads for quite a while and have decided to join in conversation. I live in Ontario and planning to write the red seal exam within the next month or so. If you have any advice, I would appreciate it. I love to cook and sauces are my favorite things to experiment with. Looking forward to great conversation and learning new things.
