Trying to find

I have some brie and some puff pastry. Long time ago, around (10) years ago I was encountered by a chef put some i think was caramel and some nuts to make a sweet dessert en croute? Any ideas on what i can do to make it sweet to pair with some delicious crackers and bake it and eat it? I am making dinner for a special guest and want to make it really special.

I believe I saw Paula Deen do this on one of her shows awhile ago, you might want to check her website or thru the Food Network web site (Food Network : Healthy Recipe Collections, Party Ideas, Quick & Easy Recipes). She also has two recipes for this in 'The Lady and Sons Savanah Country" cookbook.
