I don't have that one, but do own the one before (I think it's '98-'02.) The book itself is a work of art. Even if you are not way into MG, as a chef I think you will find it interesting. Those guys do some very cool stuff. I dabble just a very little with some of the toys they play with and am glad I shelled out the bucks for the book. I may buy even one more even though I will likely incorporate little into my practical repertoire.
i bought the book before Christmas and i just love it. some of the tecniques are impossible for an ordinary person but the book is still wonderful. everything about it is great - the layout, the info, the pics, everything. i just love it and would love to eat there some day.
