Hello to everyone. I have browsed this site many times as a guest, and decided today to join so I can start asking questions! I am a Child Nutrition Supervisor for a school district. One of my job duties is catering for the school district (board dinners, teacher meetings, PTO events etc.). I have also started to do little jobs on the side for friends and relatives, even a local boutique. I have a kitchen lined up to rent, so I can have a legal catering operation. I know basically NOTHING! I have cooked and baked all my life, and I want to eventually have my own catering business when I "grow up"! (After all, I am only 42!) I won't be quitting my day job any time soon. I hope you will put up with my "stupid" questions! Thanks in advance!!
