I'm not new but I'm no pro either.
I'm a white guy born in India and I would be fine living on rice, dal and stir-fried veges :bounce: Nice to learn about all kinds of food here.

Welcome to Chef Talk, Chef 21. Our members are, quite literally, from all over the world- including Antarctica. We're kind of heavy on North Americans, but we have plenty of members from Europe, South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Where are you from?
Please tell us a bit about your culinary life and, if you like, about other interests and life experiences.
I hope you take a bit of time to explore all the great features of this board and to participate in the discussion forums too.
Enjoy!

I have too many favorite foods, if you really want me to pick one ... I would say chicken rice. And second will be steak, I have one of the best steak in Madison sometime ago and I'm still missing it.
