Hi everyone,
My name is Spumonigrl and I am new to ChefTalk. I have always loved to cook and bake. I enjoy making new things and watching myself mess up and then finding what I did wrong. I am a wife and mother of four great kids. In a few weeks I will be enrolling into Le Cordon Bleu to start my culinary career. I have always wanted this and I am looking foward to meeting a lot of great new people who enjoy cooking as much as I do.
So if anyone wants to help me out and maybe give me hints on what I should be doing to prepare for this amazing field...come say hello!
