What will they pay???

Hello I would like to expand from catering and branch into offering food items for bars, pubs and places that do not have a kitchen but offer "happy hour" food. Currently I do BBQ and think a tray of BBQ pork would be a good seller for them and me. My question is, what do you think the price point would be for them to purchase the food. Is there a general profit they try to achieve, like 250% over cost or something like that. Any input would be great. Thanks allot. A
