Plating Sheet

Hello Chefs, this is my first post here. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have found myself in a opportune situation. I am not yet rounded enough to consider myself a Chef, but have been asked to help develop a new venture. My situation is one of lack of computer skills in developing a professional looking kitchen manual. Is there any online resource for developing plating sheets? If there is I can't find it. I've been messing around with a camera and word .doc's but haven't quite been able to replicate what I know to be a complete, professional looking sheet.

i have used a lot of tools but have to admit that word 07 offers some nice tools for creating templates and it is quite easy to use. if you send me an email at forrest [at] chefstat [dot] com i can send you a sample template.
