In theory, I fully accept your position. As a person and caterer who has served thousands upon thousands of meals from conventional, non-organic resources, I think it would be a gross hypocracy for me to decline eating that which I serve others.
In my 60s, I take no medications; my blood pressure and cholesterol are low normal. At 175 lbs., I bench press 185 lbs. in multiple reps and 6 days a week walk or bike for 70 minutes, prior to weight training. I'd guess ingesting non-organic foods hasn't hurt me,yet.
