hi! i'm new here and i joined this forum to learn more about cooking. i haven't had any formal training but food is my passion. i'd appreciate all your professional help (i need all the advice i can get!) :crazy:

thanks for the tips :) i hope to learn as much as i can! will check out the other threads for topics that you've been discussing already. i'm sure i can get a lot from there already!
