Marinating Shrimp

Help - I need an immediate response - I have frozen cooked shrimp. can I thaw the shrimp, marinate it and then quickly grill it on skwers - Thankxxxx!

not your best option,

Given that they are already cooked, a marinade might not do much for them. You might be better off defrosting, heating a bit on the grill and finishing by brushing on a sauce like ponzu ( citrus and soy ) or a lemon, garlic, olive oil baste, or just a dusting of some sort of cajun mix.

Hope they turned out okay however you prepared them.

Try bringing marinade liquid to a boil then pour over frozen cooked shrimp the heating of liquidslightly expands cells of shrimp and at same time helps defrost.buy the cells expanding more of marinade flavor is infused into shrimp. then try grilling
