I live in NSW in Australia and one day hope to do the Masters of Gastronomy at Adelaide Uni. I would ideally like to become a 'food historian' and be able to write with some knowledge about culinary history. Does anybody know of any more basic courses that I could get started on, preferably by correspondence as I live 3 hours west of Newcastle.
I would be prepared to travel to do weekend schools. Maywen:smiles:
