I am looking to setup a chain of deli type fast restaurants that could spread europe wide. It will originally start off in the South of France between Cannes and Monaco. I have the concept, business, finance and contacts to launch the project however I lack the expertise. We are looking to give equity to an experienced sandwich bar operator to join.
