Hi! I just joined this site and I'm pretty excited about all the new food tips. I'm going to try to try out a new recipe every week, as my pre-new-year's resolution. (Why wait for January?) It's part of my new decision to eat healthier, lose some weight, and get back to thinking eating is fun. Nice to meet you all!

Jane, welcome to ChefTalk. A recipe a week? Sounds like a great plan... especially for a really early (or really late!) New Year's reslution. You will have to let us know how your dishes turn out.
