Greetings, everyone! I've stumbled upon this appealing forum while searching online for a recipe that might approximate the divine pastry filling I experienced a few days ago in my lobster tail at Mike's Pastry Shop in Boston's North End. I learned to love good food at the side of my grandmother who was an accomplished cook, and I have been living to eat ever since. And - since my spoon was stainless- cooking to eat, too.
