Hello to all,
[SIZE=5]I am new to this web site. I am a Kosher Bakery owner. We are a pareve(non dairy) bakery. If anyone needs help I will try to help. I have only been a Kosher bakery since May 6. So this is new,but I have learned alot.

I ran a large Kosher catering facility in New York in the late 60 s and 70s . I found that the products turned out by my bakers were as good as what my non Kosher competiters were serving. After all any cake or bread product can be made without milk or butter. Passover products however are a bit drier in texture.

Welcome, Kosher Baker! As you can see, we're a friendly lot who are eager to share and learn from each other. We have many experienced professional bakers here, as well as some of us home bakers who carry on the traditions in our homes. (I make a mean batch of rugelach, if I do say so myself.)
