Angel Food Cake

I need an Angel Food Cake recipe because i'm making it for my nieces birthday and it is Saturday so i realy need one please help me!!!!!

ok, found it... i believe this is from Professional baking- wayne gisslen.

1lb egg whites at room temp
pinch cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
8oz sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract

8oz sugar
6oz cake flour


in a bowl of mixer, whip whites. slowly add sugar salt and cream of tartar. you are making meringue here. whip to firm glossy peaks.
sift together the second amount of sugar and cake flour.

add extracts to meringue. gently fold sugar/ flour mixture into meringue.
pour into ungreased pan. bake immediately at 350* until done.
