Hi, new around here and really absorbing thoughts and opinions. Im in the career change category. I have always enjoyed cooking (although i have a reputation for not being able to boil hot water). Too bad the opinionated ones dont have a clue!!! I'll show them LOL :chef: I currently reside in Atlanta but hoping to move/work in Ft Lauderdale area within the next 12-15 months!!! I'll be showing my face in the place from time to time, please be nice to me :o
