Hi all, new member from Prescott Valley, AZ. I am not a professional chef(or even close, really) , although I did live with one in Colorado for a number of years, so I guess he rubbed-off on me. I do very much enjoy cooking, and my skill level I would catagorize as kind of middlin'. Not an expert, but I know how to hold a knife and am willing to tinker.
