Hi all, new member from Prescott Valley, AZ. I am not a professional chef(or even close, really) , although I did live with one in Colorado for a number of years, so I guess he rubbed-off on me. I do very much enjoy cooking, and my skill level I would catagorize as kind of middlin'. Not an expert, but I know how to hold a knife and am willing to tinker. Anyway, greetings to all, I am looking forward to good conversation as well as trading recipes/info. MacGregor

Welcome. I'm not too far, Lake Havasu City. Been through Prescott a couple times to get to Jerome. I liked it. We bought our wedding cake topper in a shop on Whiskey Row. Enjoy your stay.
