I would like to contact Penzeys through email. I could not find an email contact on their web site. Does anyone have an email address for Penzeys?

Nice ....

This morning, thanks to Kuan, I sent an email inquiry to Penzeys. I received a response within an hour. Nice customer service. The only other company that has been so quick to respond to email questions, and so direct in the response (no canned replies) has been Amy's.

Penzey's is one of the best. Fast shipping, good customer service, and quality product.

.... or me, either! I live 15 minutes from two of their stores. :smiles:

I agree about their customer service. They're a family-run company and put a lot of emphasis on that.

Me too. Four minutes from when I turn the car key, unless I can't get past Kopps without stopping for frozen custard. :lol:
