new recipes for salmon

i just got this great salmon from a friend of mine, i want to make something really special for my friend who tommorow will going home back to his country.

i'm not really used to cook salmon ( usually make sashimi or caparsio, etc ) so can any body help me to get some great idea to make salmon ??? thxs so much i really do want to make this work thxs :):):)

Do a google search for -Jimella Lucas salmon- You will find a few places with recipes listed for dishes like "Scotch Salmon", and "Salmon with Blackberry Hollandaise".

My favorite recipe of hers is "Salmon Lucas" which is a pan seared salmon fillet served with mushrooms and fresh sliced peaches in a heavy cream reduction flavored with garlic, dijon mustard, brandy, and a little lemon. When the dish is plated, a tablespoon of cranberry puree flavored with Grand Marnier is placed on top.
