Hello Restaurant Owners!

I found this forum because I am looking for feedback from you restaurant managers.

I am making a website with my brother where restaurateurs can get quotes for their used cooking oil.

The thinking behind the website is this. Restaurants know well in advance how much used cooking oil they produce. For example 55 gallon per month (= +/- 1 barrel).

You can post how much you produce on the website and can get quotes from interested buyers. This way you get an idea what grease haulers are willing to offer for your used cooking oil and you can possibly find a better recycler that pays you the correct price for your used cooking oil. (somewhere between 0.5 and 1.5 per gallon.)

Would such a website be of interest to you?
