I saw this recipe on a TV show and thought some folks here might enjoy it. The recipe is simple and tasty, and you can adjust the ingredient portions to your liking very easily. I tried it, using a small amount of the ingredients, and found it to be pretty good. I'd serve it at a gathering along with other cheeses and cheese dishes.

Manchego with Honey Brown Butter Sauce

1 stick (4-oz) butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 pound Manchego cheese wedge
Sea salt

Melt butter and cook until it turns a golden brown. Add the honey and stir to mix. Pour over cheese wedge and sprinkle the whole thing with sea salt.
