For an event at school, I'm hoping to set up a 'cookie bar' with lots of different ingredients (chocolate chips, nuts, other candy, dried fruits etc.) that can be added to a basic cookie dough and then baked on demand. The problem is that I'd like to get the turn-around time very low (3 minutes or so, if possible). So I was wondering if anyone had cookie recipes that would be appropriate, and not take more than 5 or so minutes to bake? Also, is it possible to bake the cookie dough partially and then have it still workable and therefore require less baking time after people have customized it?
