Please Help!!!

Hi everybody

I am in desperation! I need a completely new idea for serving duck. Something that has a lot of skill but is still presentable without too much finikyness, but still elegant enough for 5 star style.
Please help!!!

I see you are a culinary student. You have at least a coupla choices:

1) Find some recipes on the internet (or cookbooks)

2) Use your culinary knowledge eg.,

a) Pick a cooking style
b) Pick a cut of duck, or even a whole duck
c) Pick a sauce derived from a stock
d) Pick a starch and vegetable garnish

For example

a) Poached
b) Duck breast
c) Bordelaise sauce
d) Fried squash blossoms and sushi rice

Sound good? YUCK! ;)
