Just posting my first thread to try it out.

I am a self employed mother of two and work from home. As a hobby on the side I make desserts, pies and cakes for friends and family from home. I have entered several county and state fairs, winning blue ribbons and now I am completely obessesed (in a good way) and want to learn more.

I have just started doing wedding cakes for a few friends recently and have a few questions that I am hoping some people out there on this site might be able to help me with.
