Hi I'm New. I've just posted a question on one of the other boards without realising I should post here first.

I'm in the UK and fairly new to cooking. I love doing different desserts but am looking for some advice.

I made meringues for the 1st time this week and they came out great.

I need to make 46 for a party tomorrow so made another batch yesterday and they are a disaster.

I greased the parchment paper as before but they've stuck.

Is there anyway I can salvage them? Does anyone have any ideas how i can get them unstuck without breaking them?
