My name is Kristy and I am a chef/pastry chef in training, at a country club.
I trained in New Zealand, and have only been back in America for 16 months. I still find it difficult sometimes with sourcing different ethnic ingredients here, that were so readily available there. A good butcher is really hard to find too! :cry:
I hope to hear from some of you when I have lots of questions to ask, actually, I'm on my way to ask one now.
