Hi everyone. I am a newbie. I live in the south Chicago suburbs and I am a restaurant manager. I have a degree in culinary arts and have been working in the food industry for 17 years. I have held a lot of positions in my work experiences. Everywhere from line cook to prep cook and sous chef to kitchen trainer. My true loves in the kitchen are pastry and pasta. In general I just love cooking, both professionally and at home for friends!
