Hello everyone,

this recipe makes the best choclate souffle by far, also its very easy to make


300gr drinking choclate

300gr valrohna cocoa powder

300gr corn flour

1500ml milk


In a mixing bowl combine the cocoa powders and corn flour.

add the milk a little at a time to make a smooth paste ( Not all enough to make a slurry)

place remaining milk in to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

add the the cocoa slurry and cook in to a smooth paste
