Hi all! I'm looking at going to pastry school. I love CIA but it might be too expensive for me. I was looking at The Notter School website and it is a lot cheaper, but I'm worried about the programs. It seems like they are very big into sugar sculpting and chocolates and I'm looking to concentrate on cakes. Do they also emphasize cakes or is it more of a candy school? Thanks!
