ALL Americans make bad espresso? Geez that's like saying that ALL Italians make good pasta. Both statements are false.

of course, i didn;t mean to be taken literally, but my family and friends never had a good one. But i could even more forcefully say all italians make bad american coffee and i would probably be right. anyway, there's a thread on "beverages" about this.
