Hi all

My name is Matt and I just discovered this forum on the internet and thought how great it is (after checking out some others!!).

I'm 27 been cooking since I was 14 in kitchens but much earlier than that at home, I always wanted to be a chef from a very small boy and very rarely regret joining this hectic world. I'm going to be taking over the running of a Wine and Tapas bar in Northwestern Australia in November, so have a feeling i will be on here quite a lot!

I'm currently in a dead end job doing awful food while living in Ireland but not too much longer till I get out and back to cooking food instead of being a microwave technician!!
