I'm trying to identify this dessert that I saw on a James Martin special where he travels to Brittany. In the video he identifies it as "morikam." That's my transliteration of the name I heard. I must be spelling it wrong because I'm not turning up much with Google. It has almond and meringue in it. The top and the bottom is piped and there is cream in the middle.
