I'm looking into 2 different culinary schools to become a pastry chef. One is more reputable but more expensive, while the other is not as known but $4K cheaper. The one that's more expensive is in Las Vegas which has lots of hotels as possible jobs versus where I live which has a few bakeries in town and no major casino's. I'm leaning towards the Las Vegas school because I feel that there will be more job opportunities. Thanks for your input.
