Shortly after the last ice age, I had a recipe for a brown sugar butter cream. It has been years since I have even thought about it and I know I no longer have it in my possession. Does anybody have one that they can share? I was thinking about flavoring the brown sugar butter cream with Irish cream for a chocolate cake.
