Hi, my name is Heidi and I've just joined.

I appreciate the opportunity to be included.

I am a medical professional and gourmet food lover, and recently a writer for Savory.tv (in my signature), a cooking site with chef recipe videos.

I live back and forth between Durango and Telluride Colorado.

Although I am not a professional chef, I hope to be able to contribute!

Hello ChefTess! As mentioned above I'm living in both of the western slope towns of Durango and Telluride, Colorado! I feel very blessed to be here and wish you could see the beautiful fall colors in full swing!

@bakeaholic, from Denver to LA, that must have been a huge adjustment. Yesterday, I had to dig my ice scraper out of the trunk of my car, as we had our first major frost, and not only was I late to work, but my garden flowers are officially dead. So I'm sure these are things that you don't miss!

@bbally, GJ region has so many fun areas to explore! But shhh, let's not tell anyone :)
