Hello everyone, I trust everyone is well. I'll just introduce myself.

I am hoping to one day open a cafe' / restaurant but have decided to start at the lower end of the scale and operate a concessions cart at retail centres at cater for private functions.

I hope that this forum will help educate me in the area of operating and running a cafe' and highlight what I need to work towards. I absolutely love cooking and can't wait to share with everyone.

I am looking forward to talking to you all.

Hello Jimmi and welcome! We have members from all over the world, including a good many from the U.K. who'd understand your business circumstances. I hope you find some useful ideas to move your business plans along.
