Hello, I work full-time as a courier around London but have a passion for food.
I've just recently finished a 2 year NVQ 2 course and have just started level 3 which is a lot more advanced which is great but expensive.
I dont know if i want to pursue a career in cooking yet. I just love learning new techniques and new experiences and i'm looking forward to getting great recipes and good tips from Cheftalk.

Hello Buster and welcome to Chef Talk. Does your job take you to all corners of London? I'm sure you have the chance to sample aromas, ingredients and dishes from all over the world. What a wonderful city!
