Yey a new poster from Greece!

I like using mayonnaise for tuna salad, but maybe use a low-fat version and not too much. I like to add wasabi mustard to it to give it lots of flavor, and a little bit of lemon juice.

Many people like to substitute yogurt for mayonnaise, but I don't know if it would work well with tuna. You can try it.

Hope this helps
Assemble
1 can 7.5 ounce water pack albacore white meat chunk tuna drained
1/2 cup Lo-fat mayo (a good brand)
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
2 Tablespoons small diced celery
dash lemon juice, worschestire, and hot sauce, pinch white pepper

PROCEDURE Flake tuna into a non conductive bowl
add all rest of ingredients
let sit covered in fridge for about 1 hour so flavors mingle

Enjoy you can store for 2 days in 39-40``fridge
