I have been a member of ChefTalk for almost a year now, and there is rarely a day that goes by that I do not visit this site. I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful information you provide everyday. I have learned so much!! When I was in culinary school, I would tell everyone about ChefTalk. Thanks again for all that you do!!:chef:

Those were some kind words...and I feel I have to join you. I have learned so much from Cheftalk over the years and I always look forward to reading the new posts as well. What a resource this place is!!!

I would like to join in and say thank you to everyone for all the information and ideas I've picked up in just the two months that I have been visiting the site. Great info, recipes, and some interesting debates.

I too have been here for about a year, fire off a post or two a day. Some of what I say has been of value to folks, some has been smart-aleck retorts gone awry. So it goes.

Offhand I can't think of any major revelations during my tenure here that have changed my cooking forever. But I can't begin to count all the suggestions, recipe tweaks, comments, background information, pointers to information, helpful hints and such that I've found here.

There has not been one thing here that has improved my cooking. There have been many, many things. I appreciate it all.
