My name is Joe and I'm an amateur cook and baker. By day I own a Handyman business, and evenings and weekends are spent in the kitchen. My wife and I cater 3-4 small events each year from our home or in the client's home, and that's all we really want to do. We do it because we enjoy it, and certainly not for the money.
