I have always made my pies for the holidays early in the AM. This year I just have too many people coming ahead and would like to get it out of the way. My grandmother always made apple pies in the fall and froze them raw. However I do not know how she baked them when she took them out. Also does the pie taste the same as fresh baked?

Thanks, I just wasn't sure if I baked it the same or not since it was frozen.
