Amuses Bouches

First Course

Entrees w/ sides to go with dishes.

Looking for some fresh ideas.

Highend and priceing is not a issue.

Please include a recipe or picture not just a name of item, lol :lol:

recipe and pix? probably would get more responses if you just asked for ideas.....from a name you can create a dish.....

recipes are a PIA to write, I only write them when I teach, write newsletters or publish and get paid, lots.
cooking with all your senses.....

A picture is worth a thousand words

Browse the photo gallery, there's probably 20 amuse from myself, plus others and if you see one you like shoot me a pm, I will be happy to fudge a quick recipe for ya. Or go to the search feature and the forum's extensive collection of information, rants and raves should keep you busy for quite a while.
